We are receive this advanced warning from an upcoming closure which will affect a few of our parish residents.

Dear Sir / Madam
I’m writing to give you advance information about road works due to taking place on the A4155 Henley Road, just north of the Playhatch Roundabout, in South Oxfordshire. These road works are expected to last for 1 night.
Please find attached a copy of the letter which has been distributed to frontages and businesses in the area affected by the road works. The letter contains details of the road works and associated traffic management arrangements that will be in place. A location plan for the road closure, diversion route and road works is also attached.
Advance driver information signs will be erected on the surrounding road network ahead of the road works commencing.
