TRAFFIC REGULATION NOTICE
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, that the Oxfordshire County Council
TEMPORARILY PROHIBITS THE USE OF THE HIGHWAY
BY ALL MOTOR VEHICLES
LOCATION: Chalkhouse Green, Chalkhouse Green Road (outside of Ownpen house, the bank by the Meterpi)
REASON: To facilitate emergency boundary box exchange
DURATION: Starting on 06 May 2026
The anticipated completion date is 08 May 2026 (date included) This is a 24 hour daily road closure with 24hrs access to be maintained to residents
SUGGESTED ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: via Kidmore End Road, Tanners Lane, Chaulkhouse Green Road and vice versa
(EMERGENCY Traffic Regulation Notices cover a maximum of 21 consecutive days.)
ACCESS: Limited access will be maintained for emergency service vehicles and for frontages within the closed section of road, subject to the progress of the works. Access will be maintained for pedestrians
